Questions

Common questions

Can you send a certificate before our event or collection?

Yes — allow reasonable notice. Include venue address, dates, and any required additional insured wording. Confirmation of insurance and employers' liability certificates are issued on diligence request.

What indemnity limits do you carry?

Indemnity limits are not published on this website. Schedule extracts with limit summaries are available on due diligence request — specify limits required by your procurement or grant checklist.

Does insurance cover data breaches?

Cyber and data risks are referenced in policy wording but are not on our current schedule. Professional indemnity excludes many cyber incidents — ask for current summaries during contract negotiation rather than assuming breach cover from this page.

Will you publish policy numbers on the website?

No. Policy numbers and premium details are shared only through due diligence packs for facilities managers, landlords, grant assessors, and procurement teams.
