Community work funded by commercial bench capacity
National Laptop Computer Repair Centre combines paid workshop repair, managed IT, and secure recycling with community device reuse, repair cafés, and digital inclusion programmes.
Commercial revenue sustains bench time for charitable device processing — certificate-ready wipe workflows apply to donated hardware as well as business ITAD.
Good Things Foundation & local partners
We are a member of the Good Things Foundation National Digital Inclusion Network — Hub 9013144.
Primary community partner: Holy Trinity Church Hounslow (Hub 9007492). Referrers gate beneficiary eligibility; National Laptop Computer Repair Centre handles secure wipe and refurbishment.
Free help and learning
Introductory lessons and low-cost courses cover AI productivity, Python, web fundamentals, and cyber-safe AI use.
See /lessons-ai-intro for a free starting point, or browse /packages#catalogue-training for the full catalogue.
Why trust NLCRC

Work is agreed in plain English before it starts, whether that is a retainer change or a workshop job.
Questions
Common questions
Can businesses donate devices?
Yes — business refresh and lease returns can feed reuse programmes with NIST/IEEE-aligned wipe evidence. See /community-device-reuse.
Is community work separate from MSP clients?
Programmes are run alongside commercial services. MSP and repair clients benefit from the same accountable team and LIVEUXI audit trails.
