Using our services
By booking repairs, purchasing plans, or using the client portal you agree to provide accurate information and to pay agreed fees. Diagnostic fees and parts are confirmed before work proceeds unless you authorise an expedited exception in writing.
You are responsible for backing up data before storage-related work where possible. While we take care with media handling, no recovery process can be guaranteed without assessment.
Liability and governing law
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by UK law for the services performed. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Business terms for managed services may include separate schedules for SLAs and data processing.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract.
