Delivery policy
How National Laptop Computer Repair Centre delivers laptops, parts and accessories ordered on nlcrc.co.uk.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery time
Next working day UK delivery on in-stock items ordered by 2pm on a working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day. If an item is not in stock, the expected dispatch date is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.
Delivery cost
Free UK delivery on orders over £75. Below that, standard UK delivery is £7.95 (£14.95 for items over 25 kg). Some items are dispatched from our UK distributor in 1–3 working days; the product page shows this. The exact delivery charge is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay.
Tracking and problems with a delivery
Where your order is sent with tracking, we email the tracking details once it is dispatched. If your order is late, missing or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will put it right.
Collection
You can collect from Hanwell Community Centre, Westcott Crescent, Hanwell, London W7 1PD by appointment. Call us before ordering so we can arrange it.
