Booking through verified links helps us plan bench time and parts. If you are unsure which path fits, contact us with the model and symptoms and we will route you to laptop, desktop, or specialist intake.

Will you start repair work without my approval?

No. Diagnostics establish the fault and options first. Parts, labour, and any data-risk steps are confirmed before we proceed unless you have authorised an agreed expedited exception in writing.

Can you recover data if the machine will not boot?

Often yes, but recovery depends on media condition. We triage storage separately and explain viability before attempting invasive work. See our data recovery page for RAID and NAS scope.

Do you repair phones or tablets?

No. We focus on Windows PCs, laptops, custom desktops, and Apple Mac computers, plus related board-level and storage work.

Will repair void Apple warranty?

Independent repair may affect manufacturer warranty coverage. We flag this before work on in-warranty devices so you can choose Apple, insurance, or proceed with us eyes open.

Do you repair out-of-warranty MacBooks?

Yes. We are independent — we do not void a warranty you no longer have, and we explain the risk if you are still in AppleCare.

Can you keep my data?

Where the SSD is healthy we work around it. If the machine is dead we recover the drive as a separate job from £39 assessment.

If Windows will not start, the drive still often holds the files. Do not reinstall until we have imaged the disk where possible.
