What devices do you work on?

Can you help with Mac boot or storage problems?
Yes. We diagnose boot failures, storage-related symptoms, and performance issues, then explain viable repair or recovery routes.
How do bookings work?
Bookings are issued via verified client accounts only. Sign in, verify email and 2FA, then return to the booking link when provided.
Do you bypass Activation Lock or firmware locks?
No. Devices must be legitimately unlockable by you (Apple ID, MDM, or purchase proof as applicable). We cannot assist with bypassing security controls.
Will Apple warranty always apply?
Not necessarily. We will tell you if a fault may be covered under Apple or consumer rights, and whether workshop work could affect warranty status before proceeding.
