Secure data destruction (NIST SP 800-88 / IEEE 2883)
Business and donor devices that carry data are sanitised to documented NIST SP 800-88 Revision 2 and IEEE Std 2883-2022 standards before reuse or recycling. We produce verification logs and Certificate of Data Destruction PDFs with serial-level traceability retained for audit.

Community device reuse and charitable gifting
Suitable laptops and desktops can enter our community gifting pipeline after secure wipe, diagnostic triage, refurbishment, and QA. We work with trusted referrers — food banks, refugee and asylum-seeker support, disability and LGBTQ+ organisations, schools, and inclusion teams — rather than gatekeeping access ourselves.
