Windows and software faults
If Windows will not start, the drive still often holds the files. Do not reinstall until we have imaged the disk where possible.

- Do you work on company-encrypted devices?
- Yes if you can provide BitLocker / FileVault keys. We will not bypass encryption.
- Can you come to the office?
- On-site triage is available for West London offices — ask when you book. Workshop same-day is usually faster.
