About us

About NLCRC

National Laptop Computer Repair Centre — repairs, managed IT, and responsible hardware recycling.

About NLCRC — About us on keyboard button at the NLCRC Hanwell workshop, West London.

Who we are

NLCRC is a UK workshop and IT services provider specialising in computer repairs, managed support, responsible hardware recycling, and community device reuse. We serve homes and businesses that want clear communication, fair scoping, and secure handling of data-bearing equipment.

Our team brings more than ten years of combined workshop experience in laptop, desktop, and Apple Mac repair. National Laptop Computer Repair Centre Ltd was incorporated in November 2025 to formalise a national service already operating through booked diagnostics, mail-in repair, business IT refresh collections, and hardware recycling.

Our name reflects our roots in laptop repair; today we support full device lifecycles—from diagnostics and board-level work where viable, through secure wipe and charitable gifting, to retirement, destruction, and recycling with documentation when you need it.

London hub and national reach

Our trading workshop is at Hanwell Community Centre, London W7 1PD (Hanwell, Ealing), by appointment. London drop-off and eligible collection routes are confirmed by postcode for recycling and business programmes.

Our Companies House registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ — that address is not a public workshop or drop-off desk.

National reach is supported by UK-wide tracked postal and courier intake for repairs, donations, and IT refresh batches — contact us for packaging guidance before dispatch.

NLCRC is a member of the Good Things Foundation National Digital Inclusion Network (Hub 9013144). Our primary community partner is Holy Trinity Church Hounslow (Hub 9007492), extending west London referral reach alongside E.A.S.E. and Hanwell Community Centre facilities.
