- Restart wuauserv, bits, cryptsvc, msiserver.
- Clear SoftwareDistribution download cache only if you understand packages will re-download.
Image repair
- DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
- sfc /scannow
- Reboot and retry Update.
