- Back up first. Shrinking NTFS needs contiguous free space at the end of the volume.
- Disk Management -> shrink volume -> create new simple volume on unallocated space.
- Do not delete recovery/EFI partitions.
- Suspend BitLocker before repartitioning encrypted volumes.
