English notes for “RAM is seen / trained partially, yet no POST” style faults. Power first - VDD/VDDQ (and DDR5 PMIC rails where used) must be stable under attempt-to-boot. Ripple or missing enables look like “memory errors”. SPD / training - Reseat modules, try one slot at a time, known-good SODIMM. - Corrupted SPD or bad SPD rail can stop training even when the sticks are fine. Board side - Inspect slot damage, series resistors, and near-CPU coupling caps. - Some boards need a clean BIOS / ME state before memory training succeeds — only flash matching dumps. Share board PN, RAM config, and which rails you already measured when asking for help.
